Jiangxi Bobai Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. is a company has a long-term professional experience in manufacturing compressors over 26 years, which has two industrial bases. The brand "Bobair" for high pressure reciprocating compressor/ booster -specialized in oil field and chemical industry, and which is taken over from national owned military factory in 1999, and has rich experience in special gas. And another workshop for Oil free screw compressor is located in Jiangxi province, which is the highest ultra precision machinery workshop in China. The faulty rate of our self-made air end is nearly zero.
Over decades, we have adhered to the production philosophy of "striving for excellence and pursuit of excellence", with both strong product development and manufacturing capability. It can independently design, proto type, and produce various compressors and has sets of equipment according to user needs. The company fully implements the ISO9001 international quality system standard, establishes a complete process of controlling system from raw material entry to product delivery. Every machine has a complete product quality files, which conducts simulated working condition testing before product delivery, provides reliability management and tracking services for key products.
Our high-pressure compressors are divided into mobile, fixed, vehicle-mounted, skid-mounted, etc with various cylinder layout.; The compressed media include air, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, coal gas and other media; The exhaust volume ranges from 0.3 m³ /min-- 200m³ /min, and the exhaust pressure ranges from 0.1MPa--50MPa; The products are widely used in various industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, gas, metallurgy, urban construction, mining, electric power, textile, biology, pharmaceuticals, glass, etc.; The product technical indicators have reached the advanced level of similar domestic products. For our Oil Free Screw models, we made all series of -oil free products, which containers dry oil. Water lubricant and blowers, from low pressure (≤ 4 bar ), normal pressure (7-14bar) to medium pressure (≤ 40bar ).
